To be fair, you should use the much smaller revenue of the US branch to campare it with a US punishment. Taking global revenue is bindende, even though US lawyers push this nonsense as well.
- lhc- 13y agoBut its a global organization. Why should we only look at the US Branch, especially considering the ability for multinational companies to shift money around for outside appearances?
