I have exactly 1 bitcoin and no silk road experience, but IF I sold drugs I might do it like this: drugs->bitcoins->mt. gox->USD->Dwolla->Bank Account A buyer would do the above actions in reverse. As it stands today there are many, many ways to perform that chain of actions. I personally funded my Mt. Gox account with Dwolla because it seemed like the only above the board operation out there.
