Ask HN: What do you use for test tracking?

We've got all kinds of automated tests. They're great. But we still have humans test our application before each release. Right now I use spreadsheets to manage lists of things to test. It's cumbersome and there has to be a better way! Ideally there's an easy to use hosted solution.
