State senators and representatives actually do get lobbied quite a bit.
- lifeisstillgood 13y agoBut as well, as nicely, as intensively, as lavishly as the ones in DC? If you have the same law passed in 49 states, how do you tell the difference between that and a federal law?
- walshemj 13y agoIt wont be the same law you will end up with 49 slightly different laws with favored son amendments inserted to please Senator Kinsey.
- mikeash 13y agoWhen it comes to things like immigration or international pipelines, you can easily tell the difference because only one those laws will actually have force.
