I've recently been forced to use the whole Microsoft ecosystem and it's awful. So many basic UX mistakes that make daily use painful. For instance in Outlook there's no clear indication of which emails I've read and which I haven't, so I just constantly miss emails. Looking forward to more of the world switching to Google. I hope that one day the notion of enterprise products will disappear completely so that everybody can happily use well-designed consumer products.
