Very cool! I've seen this technique before in research papers and their videos, but not as actual software. The one suggestion I would make is to follow Photoshop's shortcuts. Space-Drag to move the image, [ or ] to change the brush size, scroll wheel to zoom (already there), and letters to select the various brushes.
