  A big difference here is that those phrases are long established phrases that people have been using for a while; and even with most people I know, it's "eat feces", not "eat feces and die". This one is much shorter an, from an outside perspective, much more pointed. I don't really see how anyone could see that demand as anything other than "go end your life [because of these reasons]"
