while i think this is true (have not experienced this myself), earning a ton of money does not necessarily automatically put you above the "getting laid" bar, it might just move you from -50 to -20. it seems to be somewhat faulty logic to use "but when i do x, y will be better", both in the realm of getting laid, enjoying life, etc. why not act now instead?
