>Even if he was serious, who would take the plaintiff's side of this case on contingency? I know I would take this case on contingency if the Plaintiff would agree to Amend the Complaint to Qui Tam. I could not just do it though, I would have to be admitted Pro Hac Vice. I imagine any other Plaintiff's attorney with experience in Qui Tam cases is thinking the same thing.
