- MWil 13y agobut then (and I only got through a bit of the reading) he could have just come out and said that...
- will_brown 13y agoMy first though was this appears to be Pro Se. When that was confirmed I thought this guy needs an attorney because he is in way over his head. Finally, I thought a smart attorney could amend this Complaint to be a Qui Tam and actually give the Defendants cause for concern.
