What is the double taxation on business trips?
- mprovost 13y agoYou get paid for your time by your foreign employer and pay foreign taxes on that income, but the US won't let you deduct that as foreign earned income since you were in the US at the time. Even if you take a holiday to the US you are reducing the amount of foreign earned income that you can deduct for the year.
