THIS is entirely PayPal's fault. They can avoid it easily if they want to but NO. They have an opportunity to fleece some extra $$ from a merchant so they do.
- RyanZAG 13y agoInternational transfers are not that simple. PayPal is not a bank in USA and cannot directly transfer money to India, they have to work with a bank. A bank is required to convert the USD to INR when transferring it. Your problem is not with PayPal, and any competitor would do the same as required by law.
