- dmix 18y agoAre your download/upload speeds affected much by using a VPN? I'm not that far from Witopia's servers (Toronto>NY being the closest), but from my experiance the added latency can be killer.
- EastSmith 18y agoWell, I use them for regular browsing while I am on public internet access and I have not found any problems. As for download/uploads - haven't used them for torrents, but Hulu streams just fine. That's from Europe.
