I'm not sure if that should matter. I got picked up for truancy one time. Therefore in comparison I should get the death penalty. Seems irrelevant unless it directly relates to the situation (perhaps they yelled at her, then they wrote her up, then they yelled at her parents, then a suspension, then the fifth time she did the same exact harmless thing they called the FBI/CIA/NSA/Blackwater on her)
