I'm guessing that a programmer at one of the top proprietary trading firms does not get a below-average salary.
- ttrreeww 14y agoDepends, if others are making 5m a year while he is making 500k... Of course, by his thinking, the others are being paid above their worth! While he is by definition correctly compensated!
