I started an SICP study group at work, where a few of us get together and watch the MIT video lectures given by Abelson and Sussman. People were a little skeptical at first, given that they consider themselves top-of-the-line l33t hackers and this is an introductory course, but after the 3rd lecture, nobody questioned the value of it. It's a timeless course.
