- brazzy 14y agoFor all I've read about the topic, the kind of men who are able and willing to pay $200+/hr tend to be not so disgusting, and the kind of women who gets $200+/hr can afford to be somewhat choosy in their clients. The direct downsides seem to be more psychical than physical, and not necessarily worse than regularly being verbally abused by irate jerks while having to remain calm and polite yourself.
