Installed and running. It's a quick download. If you already have some sort of VM software installed, getting it running is pretty painless. (VMware said it wasn't compatible, but gave me the option to retry import with relaxed restrictions. I had to move the second (scratch) disk from Secondary-Slave to Secondary-Master, but it came up no problem after that.) Once it was running, it's just a simple web interface you can use to select what project you want to participate in. All in, it was about a five minute affair.
