- nwenzel 13y agoThanks again Jason. Your advice and insights were very helpful. I feel obligated to pass on what I learned: 1) Don't forget what it's like to not have your background in your industry. 2) Be very good at explaining what you do. Succinctly. Clearly. And be able to give that explanation without assuming prior industry knowledge (see point 1). 3) If it takes a long time to explain who your customer is, you're doing it wrong. 4) Don't forget that YC partners are also looking for your potential on demo day.
