Is there an api in place to provide tax rates for every jurisdiction? If not, is it the responsibility of the shop owner to keep this updated?

Is there an api in place to provide tax rates for every jurisdiction? If not, is it the responsibility of the shop owner to keep this updated?
- mpyne 13y agoFrom what I understand the state must provide free software to perform the needed accounting, or something to that effect. An API would be even better, of course, but I suspect the free market will have to do that...
