  Which is going to lead to Apple having to make a tough choice. Reduce margins but increase growth in countries that sell mostly unsubsidized phones or maintain margins and live with slower growth. Should be interesting to watch. iPad sales growth is still amazing though.

  I think it's because their iphone 4S was so good that most people weren't willing to "upgrade". It's getting hard to justify buying a new phone every year considering the great advancements made to them in the past few years.
