Plastic surgery has gotten better over the years but it's still pretty easy to identify who's gotten it and who hasn't. I shudder to imagine a world where anyone can become as beautiful as they want without others realizing that they've had work done. The societal implications are beyond what my brain can handle. Sounds like a William Gibson novel.
