If it turns out that people gamed the system by mass flagging of gay books then Amazon still fails by having "filtering [that is] both imposed and non-optional and, apparently, quite gameable" as one of the commenters mentioned. But it will be much better in my eyes than intentional censorship coming from within Amazon. I'm guessing we'll get the official position from Amazon on this soon enough.
