It seems to me that businesses need to adapt to the nature of the labor market as much as vice-versa. Complaining about the lack of X programmers isn't going to generate any.
- jamiequint 18y agoPerhaps, but that is a decision that has to be made with foresight, because even though it may be hard to find a developer in X language, its probably a lot more work (and cost) to migrate an established product from one language to another.
