If Tsarnaev will get a good lawyer - this will play well in his defense in court after emotions will cool down.
- JshWright 14y agoI doubt his post-arrest statements will be critical to the government's case. Even if everything he said gets thrown out, it likely won't matter. At the time he was questioned though, the point wasn't "Let's get a confession we can use in court", it was "Are there any more bombs out there".
