You can currently buy an HD resolution camera that is approximately the size of a shirt button for a trivial amount of money (~$50-$60). If you are worried about people recording you with a $1,500 piece of hardware worn "covertly" on their face, I think your concerns are misplaced.
- jiggy2011 13y agoMost people as a rule don't go out wearing covert survelliance cameras. Wearing one would be considered pretty anti-social and creepy. The killer with glass is that it is a survelliance device under the guise of an innocent device.
- betterunix 13y agoAnd it comes with a convenient LED to alert everyone that it is recording, which is not covert by an definition.
- jiggy2011 13y agoIt's not ninja covert but if you have enough of these around in any public place it's going to be difficult to always check whether you are being recorded. The real change is that it may become socially acceptable to wear a recording device.
