Anything multiplayer, cooperative, and new. When games like Borderlands 2 comes out, my evenings get a lot brighter because we really have something to work together on. Multiplayer RTSes like Starcraft 2 also make for good times because there is a lot of strategy to discuss and coordination to be had. Most shooters don't work as well, such as if we play Counter-Strike, since we don't end up having as much to talk about.
