pip freeze has always been horrible for me. I've been better off managing my requirements manually.
- Spiritus 13y agoAt least managing multiple files is a pain. I've had to resort to $ vimdiff <(pip freeze) requirements/prod.txt You can't just do "pip freeze > requirements.txt" like you see on every tutorial. I wish there was a better way to do this. And I would also like to only display without dependencies. Say I "pip install X", which depends on Y and Z as well. Then later I want to delete X, so I just "pip uninstall X", but I will still have Y and Z.
