I've never heard of pain in the finger tips from typing on a keyboard, and if it really is as you describe it you might not have a lot of options except medication. I find the Rapoo e9007 wireless keyboard more pleasant and less painful than bigger ones with big chunky keys. Maybe a personal thing though.
