Trust me: the "tipping culture" goes way beyond DC & lobbyists. Corruption: for when donating to a cause to get favor gets a LGBT response. Shitty PR, and probably deserves it for currying favor with <subject X> but really not that uncommon. Boo! Politics is dirty; reeeeal dirty.
