C-r in zsh takes regexp patterns (so you could do *^substr to match begins-only).. I hadn't noticed this wasn't the behavior in bash with readline. Anyone know

C-r in zsh takes regexp patterns (so you could do *^substr to match begins-only).. I hadn't noticed this wasn't the behavior in bash with readline.
Anyone know if that can be done in bash/readline?
