Ask HN: I'm looking for an app evolution timeline

I'm not sure what to call what I'm looking for, but essentially a series of screenshots that follow the evolution of an app (web, iOS, Android, etc) from MVP to polished product. I'm curious about how founders boil their vision down into one or two core features, then evolve the product by bringing in features they intentionally left out of the initial build. If anybody has personal projects they've visually documented over multiple iterations, I'd love to see them.
