I see a web app that lets the police point to a spot on Google Maps, and the app provides a list of files stored that would show that spot in video or film. And on the maps screen, show the angle of those pictures. Then allow the police to highlight the file, and show the picture source point, and the V of the picture window. If that makes sense. Thoughts?
