Design/typography isn't my thing. I couldn't tell you much about them, but I would imagine you'd like to have some sort of interesting collage of quotes where the typefaces complimented each other. That's probably the most important aspect, typefaces that wouldn't clash. I'll have to defer you to someone else who knows more about these things, but you should definitely ask around!
