Thanks for your comment, I was afraid to be alone to thinks that quota (while not perfect) can be a good pratical solution: - it allows the expected situation to become unsurprising/usual. - at the team level, it encourages to select the non-white-guy to be the speaker (in order to maximize the chance to pass the selection)
