- cperciva 14y agoAnswer 1: If they are sufficiently intoxicated as to be unable to consent, then yes, it is rape. In such a case all the individuals involved could theoretically be charged and convicted -- it is possible to have "mutual rape". Answer 2: In decreasing order of probability: Fake ID, older friends/relatives, theft.
