I don't think I would feel so conflicted about this immigration policy if I didn't feel like American's weren't getting a raw deal with regards to High School E

I don't think I would feel so conflicted about this immigration policy if I didn't feel like American's weren't getting a raw deal with regards to High School Education, costs of higher education, costs of healthcare, lack of 401(k) funding. I get that labor is simply a fixed cost to be minimized, but it feels like legacy costs of the system are hurting the ability of those to compete.
