Work through the latest edition (4) of Sedgewick's Algorithms book and do the algorithmic challenges on Interview Street. This will fix the problem of having a wide range of hacker skills and a portfolio of projects but not being able to make it through a Google inspired interview. There's probably a Coursera or OCW course that might help but the key is you have to actually do the exercises.
