Pennys was more middle of the road, more like Macy's for the lower middle class.ryanhuff 14y agoPerhaps Kohls is a better example. Maybe even Target. JC Penney's is like that old Oldsmobile automobile. It needs to be turned over. Perhaps even spawn another brand.
