EDIT: please disregard.. I have been getting complaints, but they may not be related to this issue. This would seem to explain all of the 'echoing' complaints I've been getting when using google voice on my N4.

I thought Google voice didn't use VoIP.

  It doesn't. The parent may be using GrooveIP or another GV-SIP gateway?
