How not? The forum seems to be down now but the announcement heavily implied that all that was "leaked" was the nick name of an operator, which they claimed could somehow be used to deduce the real name and address.
- nknighthb 14y agoThe problem is not the public knowledge of a nick, but the information that the person using that nick made the complaint. It paints a target on a person whose nick is very often publicly associated with a real identity.
