A lot of those billionares were born that way. I suspect that to understand what to do with that kind of money, you've got to have been without it at some point in your life.
- mjn 14y agoThe ones who were born with it are often quite interested in wealth-preservation as well, to pass the money on in turn to their own heirs. Rather than spending it on something risky, they're more likely to put it in, say, a generation-skipping trust that makes diversified investments.
