It depends on the meaning of makaron ;) "Spaghetti with meatballs, please" -> nie ma (już) makaronu, because makaron is uncountable here. "Do you have spaghetti or farfalle?" -> nie ma żadnego makaronu. Here makaron is countable as types of pasta. I'would be glad to answer any questions about Polish language.
