More people are watching NYC area stations -> charge more for advertising on those stations => why is this a problem? Likewise the issue of "we won't get rebroadcast fees in this area" seems spurious. If people cut the cord, they won't get the rebroadcast fees either. This seems to me to be more "change is scary" than "they're stealing our stuff and not paying us"
