Can anybody explain if SSDs would have worked for this case?
- luney 13y agoShort Answer: No Here is the redis author's blog post about that: http://antirez.com/news/52 http://antirez.com/news/52 My guess is that SSD's would be beneficial in ensuring the Append-Only-File and RDB snapshots are faster.
