Unless money and speech are exactly the same thing; it's not.
- protomyth 14y agoWhat is the difference between the money and lobbying of California Prison employees and some PAC? Money is speech. No money, then you have no distribution for speech. It has always been this way. Now party bosses cannot dictate every primary.
