I think I actually applied, but the URLs don't need any authentication and http://www.tfl.gov.uk/businessandpartners/syndication/16493.aspx http://www.tfl.gov.uk/businessandpartners/syndication/16493.... gives you everything you need to query it. I know that National Rail is a lot more awkward though.
