Perhaps PhDs just need to be paired with real world coders to be productive?
- ChuckMcM 14y agoHaving worked with a number of PhD and non-PhD people over the years I've not observed any correlation between "skill" and "years of education." That said, its always to pair up new hires with real world coders to help them become productive quickly.
