- Toshio 14y agoLook, windowsphone isn't losing in the marketplace because it's bad technology. In fact I'm sure it's an OK OS, nothing to write home about, but decent enough. The real reason windowsphone fails in the marketplace is the fact that microsoft owns skype, and carriers hate skype. So any upcoming platform has a shot at becoming the third ecosystem, except windowsphone.
