Ask HN: How would you define a Minimum Viable VPS (MVVPS)?

Hopefully the title is self explanatory. I am looking to setup a VPS for a side project that could come to completion soon and wanted to setup a VPS to show it. Any pointers about the minimum setup ? My app is a Python/Flask/Postgresql along with the goodies of front end (bootstrap,jquery etc.).
